Please join us on Saturday, November 7th, 2009, at Josephʼs By the Sea Restaurant in

Old Orchard Beach,Maine, for the 2009 annual meeting.

Before the Annual Meeting begins we will gather for conversation, appetizers, tales of yore, liquid refreshments, dinner, more tales of yore, and plans for future exploits.

• Receive reports from the officers and various

  committees

• Act on a proposed bylaw amendment

• Approve a budget for 2010

• Elect officers

• Begin making plans for 2010 club activities
